Perrell Beys
A short, thin woman with red hair kept cropped short. Her complexion is fair with a smattering of freckles. Perrell is a scholar and historian. She is an employee of the Bountiful Venture Company and is responsible for chronicling daily events in Talmandor’s Bounty as well as providing Ramona Avandath with scholarly advice on ruins and valuable relics.
